Jicama shoestring fries

This recipe is super simple and a guilt free way to enjoy some fries!

I used:
1 jicama, spiralized with thin noodle blade
Coconut oil
Lime juice
Cayenne pepper
Chipotle Chile pepper
Onion powder

After spiralizing the jicama, I mixed the noodles with the coconut oil and lime juice. Once mixed well, sprinkle in the seasonings and mix.  Bake on a baking sheet in the oven at 400°.  After 15 minutes, toss a bit and put back in oven for another 15 minutes (or until fries stay to get crispy).
