I knew when I saw this on Inspiralized, I had to make it for Dan. He is a huge tuna fan. It’s super simple and very filling!
2 cucumbers, spiralized with flat blade
1 can of tuna
1 tomato, chopped
2 tsp Dijon mustard
5 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
In the Inspiralized recipe, she did not include tomatoes. I added one in upon Dan’s request! It’s a quick recipe on a night when you have had a busy day. It also doesn’t involve a stove or oven, which is helpful on hot days like today 🙂
