Pork fried turnip rice

This recipe is great if you are cooking for more than just 2, or want leftovers for another day! It makes a ton and is super filling.


I used:
Pork shoulder

A ton of spices and sauces…
honey, sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, tomato paste, evoo, hot water
salt, five spice pepper, paprika, white pepper, garlic cloves

The pork needs to marinade for at least 2 hours, but you can marinade it overnight. If you love spice like I do, you can add extra spices to the marinade or add some red pepper flakes on top after you serve this guests!
